If you wish to return your product, you have a 14-day period in which you can do so.
Return postage is paid by the customer. Only unopened packages can be returned to Air War Publications. If the package is opened the option to return the product is no longer valid.
Before returning any product or package please contact Air War Publications via returns @ airwarpublications.com for further instructions.
Air War Publications reserves the right to levy a 15% restocking charge for any goods that are not returned in mint condition, and to refuse to accept opened goods, at its sole discretion.
Damaged packages
Packages that have been damaged during transport must not be accepted by the customer upon arrival, but should be returned immediately. Air War Publications must be contacted via email, returns @ airwarpublications.com, or web site (via the Contact menu), if packages are to be returned.
